About me and my practice

My core training is as a person-centered counsellor and, working from this basis, the client-counsellor relationship is at the centre of all I do. This means that I will give you space to be heard in an empathic and nonjudgmental way. The process of change often starts with fully accepting how we truly feel about our circumstances right now and from this we can begin to transform our lives.

Recognizing that, as we are all individuals and have changing needs, I have pursued further training and now work in an integrative way, being flexible to what works best for each person in the moment.

Experience

I have a wide range of experiences with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have volunteered with a number of organizations, including Womens Aid and Cruse Bereavement Service.
I am experienced working with children and young people, both in schools, in private practice and within organizations.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute initial phone or video call to allow us to meet, get to know each other a little and so you can see if I am the right fit to accompany you on your counselling journey.

Fees

Fees are £40 per hours session and I offer concessions to under 18s, low income or elderly.
